M.DIV, LMSW, CAADC

SUD Therapist

I am a licensed Social Worker (LMSW) who is certified in addiction counseling (CAADC) with five years of experience providing psychotherapy for individuals with co-occurring disorders (substance use and mental health). I am trained in evidence-based trauma care and I have experience in the utilization of groups as an integral part of treatment. I provide evidence-based care using treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Psychoeducation. I also have a background in ministry with ten years of experience working with individuals with both mental health and substance use problems in a spiritual/pastoral setting. I’m therefore able to provide a unique and holistic approach to treatment, addressing the emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physiological aspects of life, leading to a balanced and wholesome existence.  I believe in promoting the value of self-determination as a vital aspect of empowerment and growth in my clients. I also believe in encouraging the development of working relationships, with respect and integrity, when working with clients. Together let’s reclaim your life and work towards a healthier, brighter, balanced and more hopeful life you deserve.
