Ashley Pike, MA, LLPC
Hi, I’m Ashley.
Healing doesn't require that you have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes, it simply begins with having a safe place to be curious.
Ashley works with adults (ages 17+) and couples navigating trauma*, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life's many transitions. She believes that meaningful change happens when people are given the space to slow down, explore their experiences, and reconnect with themselves—without pressure to have everything figured out.
Clients often describe Ashley's approach as calm, steady, and encouraging. She brings thoughtful curiosity to each session while providing the structure and stability needed to help clients feel grounded rather than overwhelmed. She understands that healing is deeply personal, and she is committed to moving at a pace that feels right for you.
Ashley considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and discover that healing doesn't come from having all the answers—it comes from taking the next step, together.
My Approach
Ashley often compares therapy to exploring a forest. The path may be unfamiliar, and there may be moments when it feels difficult to know which direction to take. While you are the one discovering the trail, you don't have to navigate it alone. Therapy offers the reassurance of having a trusted guide—someone who helps you remain oriented, encourages exploration, and provides support when the journey feels uncertain.
At the heart of Ashley's work is the belief that many people have learned they must fix themselves by themselves. She gently challenges that idea.
"We often feel the need to fix ourselves by ourselves and feel alone in our pain. I care because I disagree with this. I want to encourage more connection, healing, and hope in this world, one person at a time."
