Healing, Hope, and Growth for Women

My desire is to be a light for those walking through life's darkest moments—a steady presence who offers encouragement, understanding, and practical tools for healing. I believe that even in seasons of pain, there is hope, and together we can work toward restoring peace, resilience, and purpose.

Life can bring seasons that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or simply heavier than we expected. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or trying to find your footing during a new chapter of life, you don't have to face it alone.

Lindsay believes that therapy is about having someone who can be a steady, compassionate presence during life's most challenging moments. She is passionate about helping clients find hope even in difficult seasons while building practical skills that foster healing, resilience, and lasting change. Her goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

Lindsay considers it a privilege to walk alongside each person as they discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting growth.

A deeply empathetic approach to women’s life experiences…

Women's lives are marked by seasons of profound change—some joyful, some heartbreaking, and many unexpectedly complex. Whether you are hoping to grow your family, adjusting to changes in your health, navigating the demands of parenting, or entering the transition of perimenopause or menopause, therapy can provide a place to pause, process, and move forward with greater confidence.

I enjoy working alongside women as they navigate the emotional, relational, and physical changes that often accompany these experiences. Together, we make sense of shifting identities, changing relationships, grief, uncertainty, and the expectations we place on ourselves. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood—not just for what you're facing, but for the person you are becoming through it.

Faith-Informed Care

For clients who desire it, Lindsay is able to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the therapy process. She recognizes that faith can be a meaningful source of hope, resilience, and healing, and enjoys helping clients explore the connection between their emotional, relational, and spiritual lives.

At the same time, Lindsay believes therapy should always reflect the goals and values of the person sitting in front of her. Whether faith is central to your life, something you're questioning, or not a part of your story at all, you can expect a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space. She follows your lead, incorporating spiritual perspectives only when they are meaningful and helpful to you.
