Meet Sandy.

Experienced guidance for meaningful growth

With more than 25 years of experience, Sandy believes that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. She works collaboratively with clients to create a thoughtful, compassionate space where they can better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.

Sandy provides psychotherapy and coaching. She loves working with men and women individually, helping clients strengthen relationships, work through difficult transitions, heal from past experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives—both personally and professionally. Her approach is grounded in genuine connection, honoring each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Sandy’s specialized training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Imago Relationship Therapy.

My Approach to Therapy

Sandy practices from a client-centered perspective, believing that every individual deserves therapy that is tailored to their unique story rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. She values building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel respected, empowered, and encouraged to explore difficult experiences at their own pace.

Drawing from more than two decades of clinical experience, Sandy integrates evidence-based approaches with warmth, curiosity, and practical guidance. Whether clients are seeking healing from past experiences, improving relationships, or navigating a significant life transition, she works alongside them to foster greater insight, resilience, and lasting change.
